5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service, clients agree to:

Inform us of fragile items, hazards, or special cleaning concerns

Provide running water and electricity during service appointments
6. Satisfaction Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns regarding completed services must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment so we may review and address the issue appropriately.
7. Damages & Liability

Intentional Cleaning Service will exercise reasonable care while cleaning your property.

Any claims regarding damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, or damage resulting from faulty installations.
8. Safety & Right to Refuse Service
For the safety of our staff and clients, Intentional Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations involving:

Unsafe or hazardous environments

Aggressive behavior

Illegal activity

Unsanitary conditions beyond normal cleaning scope

All logos, branding, text, images, and content associated with Intentional Cleaning Service are the property of the company and may not be copied or used without permission.
